Merdeka Battery Materials IPO Bikin Laporan Keuangan Tahun 2022 MDKA Molor

Pasardana.id- PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk(IDX:MDKA) akan menyampaikan laporan keuangan tahun 2022 telah audit pada akhir April  2023, atau terlambat satu bulan dari batas akhir penyampaian laporan keuangan tahunan telah audit yakni 31 Maret.

Mengutip keterangan resmi emiten tambang mineral milik Garibaldi Thohir itu pada laman Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI), Kamis(30/3/2023) bahwa hal itu dipicu proses penawaran umum perdana saham atau initial public offering (IPO) anak usaha perseroan yakni PT Merdeka Battery Materials yang tengah berlangsung.

Untuk diketahui PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk tengah mengincar dana segar  Rp9,619 triliun dari IPO.

Rencananya, 48 persen dana IPO digunakan untuk pembayaran lebih awal untuk seluruh pokok utang yang timbul berdasarkan Perjanjian Fasilitas Berjangka USD300 juta  yang akan dibayarkan kepada  MDKA) sebesar USD225 juta dan ING Bank N.V sebesar USD75 juta.
