Toyota Catatkan Rekor Penjualan Global Bulan Februari

Pasardana.id - Toyota Motor mencatatkan rekor penjualan global untuk bulan Februari pada bulan lalu seiring meningkatnya produksi untuk bulan kedua beruntun.

Seperti dilansir Reuters, Kamis (30/3/2023), penjualan global Toyota meningkat 10,3 persen pada Februari 2023 menjadi 773.271 unit kendaraan, seiring peningkatan penjualan domestik sebesar 53,2 persen.

Tingginya peningkatan year-on-year disebabkan lemahnya penjualan Toyota pada Februari 2022 lalu akibat kurangnya pasokan semikonduktor.

Produksi unit kendaraan Toyota secara global meningkat 2 persen menjadi 755.839 unit, sedikit melampaui target produksi 750.000 unit. Sebelumnya pada Januari 2023, produksi meningkat 8,8 persen.

Produksi domestik meningkat 11,2 persen bulan lalu setelah meningkat 30,1 persen pada Januari 2023.
