IDXChannel - Direktur PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk (MCAS) Suryandy Jahja mengumumkan pembelian saham perseroan sebanyak 3.464.500 saham atau setara 0,37%.
Harga pelaksanaan dipatok sebesar Rp6.700 saham, sehingga total pembelian bos emiten teknologi informasi itu mencapai Rp23,21 miliar.

Adapun, transaksi rampung pada 17 Januari 2023. "Tujuan transaksi adalah investasi," tulis Direktur & Corporate Secretary MCAS, Rachel Stephanine M. Siagian mencatat laporan tersebut.
Dengan transaksi tersebut, porsi kepemilikan Suryandy Jahja bertambah menjadi 9.054.000 lembar saham atau 1,04%, dibandingkan sebelumnya 5.589.500 saham atau setara 0,64%.

Di sisi lain, pada tanggal terjadinya transaksi, saham MCAS tercatat turun 1,07%. Adapun pada penutupan hari ini, Rabu (25/1), MCAS bertengger menguat 3,36% di Rp6.925.
