Tower Bersama (TBIG) Realisasikan Buyback Saham Rp882,59 Miliar
IDXChannel - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) mengumumkan hasil pembelian kembali saham (buyback) senilai total Rp882,59 miliar.
Direktur TBIG, Helmy Yusman Santoso memaparkan, perseroan telah merealisasikan pembelian sebanyak 368.740.400 saham dalam dua periode.

"Pembelian terjadi pada periode 25 Juli 2022-12 Januari 2023," tulis Helmy dalam keterangan di keterbukaan informasi, Kamis (19/1/2023).
Periode pertama buyback TBIG terjadi pada 25 Juli 2022 sampai 12 Oktober 2022 sebanyak 47.141.400 saham, atau total 6,94% dari total jumlah saham yang dibeli. Harga rata-rata pembelian sebesar Rp2.797 per saham, atau total Rp131,87 miliar.
