Mau IPO, Bank Sumut (BSMT) Incar Dana Rp1,49 Triliun
IDXChannel - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Utara Tbk (BSMT) menggelar penawaran umum perdana atau initial public offering (IPO).
Mengutip prospektus di laman e-ipo, Kamis (5/1/2022) perseroan menawarkan total sebanyak 2,93 miliar saham. Saat ini BSMT memasuki periode penawaran awal atau bookbuilding dengan rentang harga sebesar Rp350-Rp510 per saham.

Dengan mengacu harga yang ditawarkan, maka BSMT mengincar dana segar pasar modal senilai Rp1,49 triliun. Seiring langkah IPO, BSMT juga menawarkan kepemilikan saham kepada karyawan melalui program Employee Stock Allocation (ESA) sebanyak 58,69 juta saham atau setara 2,64% dari seluruh modal ditempatkan dan disetor.
BSMT juga menawarkan saham melalui program Management and Employee Stock Option Program (MESOP) sebanyak 259,79 juta saham. Perseroan menunjuk empat penjamin pelaksana emisi efek yakni PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia, dan PT UOB KayHian Sekuritas.
