Bumi Serpong (BSDE) Raih Suntikan Mandiri (BMRI) Rp2,5 Triliun
IDXChannel - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) memperoleh fasilitas pinjaman dari PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) senilai total Rp2,5 triliun.
Direktur BSDE Hermawan Wijaya mengatakan, perjanjian pinjaman tersebut berbentuk fasilitas kredit modal kerja non-revolving.

"Perseroan dapat memanfaatkan pinjaman itu sampai dengan jangka waktu 60 bulan sejak tanggal penandatanganan (perjanjian)," kata Hermawan di Jakarta, Rabu (14/12/2022).
Adapun BSDE menjaminkan tanah dan bangunan atas pinjaman tersebut, yang telah ditandatangani pada Senin (12/12/2022).
