KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) menggandeng Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pembayaran denda kasus persaingan usaha yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap (inkracht).
Jaksa Agung Muda Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara (Jamdatun) Kejagung Feri Wibisono mengatakan, bantuan hukum yang diberikan Jamdatun berdasarkan kuasa khusus dari KPPU. Nantinya akan ada proses melalui non-litigasi dan litigasi.
