JAKARTA - Para pemegang saham PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk (OMRE) menyepakati aksi korporasi penambahan modal dengan hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu (HMETD) atau rights issue.
Keputusan ini disahkan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa, pada 14 Oktober 2022, sebagaimana tersaji dalam risalah rapat, Selasa (18/10/2022).
Kesepakatan rapat juga memuat pemberian kuasa dan wewenang bagi direksi OMRE untuk menetapkan harga pelaksanaan rights issue, sekaligus menyepakati soal peningkatan modal ditempatkan-disetor setelah proses rights issue rampung.

Diketahui, emiten properti itu akan menerbitkan saham baru sebanyak 1,2 miliar saham Seri B, dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp200 per saham. Volume saham yang ditawarkan setara 71,63% dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor perseroan saat ini.
