Aksi Korporasi Sepekan, Grup Salim Caplok Saham BUMI hingga Rights Issue DNAR
IDXChannel - Sepanjang pekan ini, Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mencatat sejumlah aksi korporasi para emiten. Di antaranya emiten Grup Bakrie, PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) yang sahamnya melejit usai masuknya bos Grup Indofood, Anthoni Salim.
Mach Energy Limited (MEL) kabarnya menjadi pihak yang bakal memborong mayoritas saham baru tersebut. MEL adalah entitas usaha Mach Energy, perusahaan yang dikendalikan oleh Anthoni Salim.
Efek Masuk Group Salim, Saham BUMI To The Moon 8%
Kabar masuknya Anthoni Salim ke BUMI melalui aksi korporasi dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp120 per saham itu sejatinya sudah berhembus sejak beberapa waktu lalu. Hingga penutupan Jumat (7/10/2022), saham BUMI ini sudah naik 14,11% ke level Rp186 per saham.
Jika menelisik lebih jauh ke belakang, kabar masuknya Grup Salim ke PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) juga sudah bukan barang baru. Salim bahkan kabarnya masuk melalui Emirates Tarian Global yang saat ini memiliki 25,10% saham BRMS. Sedangkan BUMI sendiri memiliki 4,88% saham BRMS.
