JAKARTA - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) resmi membuka kembali saham PT City Retail Developments Tbk (NIRO) mulai sesi kedua perdagangan hari ini, Selasa (23/8/2022).
Dalam pengumuman, BEI menyatakan emiten pengembang itu telah melakukan pemenuhan atas penyampaian laporan keuangan tahunan yang berakhir per 31 Desember 2021.
"Bursa memutuskan untuk mencabut penghentian sementara perdagangan Efek Perseroan di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Tunai, mulai sesi II perdagangan hari Selasa, tanggal 23 Agustus 2022," tulis BEI dalam pengumumannya, Selasa (23/8/2022).

BEI juga meminta kepada investor dan para pihak yang berkepentingan untuk memperhatikan keterbukaan informasi atas saham NIRO.
