KONTAN.CO.ID Alibaba Group Holding Ltd mengatakan akan bekerja untuk mempertahankan pencatatan Bursa Efek New York di samping pencatatan di Hong Kong. Keputusan raksasa e-commerce China itu diambil setelah mereka ditempatkan dalam daftar pantauan delisting oleh otoritas Amerika Serikat (AS).
Pada Hari Jumat (29/7), Alibaba menjadi perusahaan terbaru dari lebih dari 270 perusahaan yang ditambahkan ke dalam daftar perusahaan-perusahaan China yang mungkin dihapuskan oleh Securities and Exchange Commission AS. Alasannya, mereka tidak memenuhi persyaratan audit.
