Ông Hồ Minh Quang - Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Thép Nam Kim (HOSE: NKG) đăng ký mua vào 3 triệu cp từ ngày 23/05-21/06.
Ông Quang hiện đang là cổ đông lớn nhất tại NKG sở hữu hơn 28 triệu cp, tương ứng 12.83%. Nếu mua thêm thành công 3 triệu cp, vị lãnh đạo sẽ nâng tỷ lệ nắm giữ lên mức 14.2%. Chiếu theo giá 27,450 đồng/cp chốt phiên 17/05, ước tính thương vụ có giá trị hơn 82 tỷ đồng.
Động thái gom mua của ông Quang diễn ra trong lúc giá cổ phiếu NKG rớt sâu thời gian gần đây. Cụ thể, thị giá NKG đã rơi thẳng đứng gần 50% từ đầu tháng 4/2022 đến nay. Kết phiên 17/05, NKG giao dịch ở mức giá trần 17,450 đồng/cp.
