人民币中间价报6.37 下调204点 央行给人民币汇率“降温”
近期人民币汇率升值迅猛，一度突破6.36阻力位，创近三年半来新高，央行年内第二次上调外汇存款准备金率。
12月9日晚间，央行发布公告称，为加强金融机构外汇流动性管理，自2021年12月15日起，上调金融机构外汇存款准备金率2个百分点，即外汇存款准备金率由现行的7%提高到9%。
12月10日，人民币兑美元中间价报6.3702，下调204点。
截至目前，在岸人民币兑美元微涨32点，升至6.3744。
离岸人民币兑美元曾短线走低近100点，逼近6.39关口，目前涨回6.3773。
自今年9月以来，人民币对美元汇率已连续3个月升值。
12月8日，人民币汇率曾创下3年多以来的新高，在岸人民币和离岸人民币纷纷突破今年5月创下的高点。
中信证券分析称，人民币汇率大概率仍是双向波动的走势。
上调外汇存款准备金率将冻结外汇流动性，抑制外汇派生，有助于抑制人民币单边升值预期。
此次调升外汇存款准备金后，美元兑人民币汇率预计将出现一定程度的调整，但当前正值企业年底结汇高峰，调整幅度或略弱于上一次。
调整过后，后续人民币仍将面临出口强劲与美元指数走强两方面因素较量的局面，人民币汇率大概率仍是双向波动的走势。
