SSI, HCM, BSI bị VSD khiển trách
Ngày 09/11, Trung tâm Lưu ký Chứng khoán Việt Nam (VSD) đã có văn bản khiển trách đối với 3 thành viên lưu ký gồm: Chứng khoán SSI (HOSE: SSI), CTCP Chứng khoán Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (HSC, HOSE: HCM) và Chứng khoán BSC (HOSE: BSI).
Trong đó, VSD khiển trách SSI và HSC do trong tháng 10/2021 đã có nhiều lần sửa lỗi giao dịch thực hiện tại Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán TP.HCM (HOSE).
Đối với BSC, Công ty chứng khoán này bị khiển trách do trong tháng 10/2021 đã nhập sai lệnh tự doanh dẫn tới phải áp dụng các cơ chế hỗ trợ thanh toán.
Theo đó, VSD yêu cầu các công ty chứng khoán tăng cường việc kiểm soát hoạt động giao dịch chứng khoán, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định để hạn chế sai sót dẫn đến việc sửa lỗi giao dịch hoặc phải áp dụng các cơ chế hỗ trợ thanh toán.
