KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Penjualan emiten properti yang mulai membaik belum dibarengi dengan penguatan harga saham sektor ini. Sejak awal tahun ini, indeks sektor properti dan real estate terkoreksi 15,03%.
Sejumlah saham masih terkoreksi cukup dalam (lihat tabel). Padahal, sektor properti telah memperoleh cukup banyak guruyan insentif, seperti pembebasan pajak pertambahan nilai (PPN) untuk residensial dengan kisaran harga di bawah Rp 5 miliar dan uang muka 0%.
