我国生物育种专利申请量排名全球第一
国家知识产权局知识产权发展研究中心28日发布的生物育种产业专利导航研究报告显示，全球生物育种领域专利申请数量快速增长，我国生物育种专利申请量排名全球第一。
该研究通过专利大数据分析，梳理了生物育种产业和专利技术的发展现状和趋势，重点明晰了分子标记育种、生物育种、基因编辑育种关键技术的专利布局、发展路线、专利风险，旨在引领生物育种关键核心技术创新，强化种业知识产权保护。
报告显示，国内生物育种专利申请中，北京、江苏、广东、山东排在前列；排名前10位的国内申请人均为高校和研究机构。报告建议国内申请人加强国际化布局，同时对已有的大量专利，需要进一步明确产业化路径，加快技术转移转化进程。
该研究重点选取了三亚崖州湾地区作为研究对象，结合该地区生物育种产业和专利现状进行分析，并提出了相应专利导航建议。
报告还对具有重要影响的大型跨国育种公司的专利布局状况进行了研究，研判其在知识产权方面对我国育种行业的影响。
