Chỉ số này thể hiện thay đổi trữ lượng dầu thô tồn kho của các công ty thương mại trong tuần qua. Chỉ số đo lường sự mất cân bằng cung cầu trên thị trường, có thể dẫn đến thay đổi mức sản xuất và tạo ra biến động giá.
Lần trước, kết quả đưa ra thấp hơn mong đợi, kết quả là XBR/USD đã tăng 1.2$.
