火币已停止中国大陆新用户注册 年底前有序清退存量用户
【友财网外汇资讯】-比特币交易平台火币周日公告，为响应当地政府监管政策要求，已于9月24日（周五）停止中国大陆地区新用户注册，对身份认证为中国大陆地区的存量用户，计划于今年底前在保证用户资产安全的前提下完成有序清退。
中国央行等多部门周五发文明确，虚拟货币相关业务活动属于非法金融活动，境外虚拟货币交易所通过互联网向境内居民提供服务同样属于非法金融活动；将加强虚拟货币交易炒作风险监测预警，并要求金融机构和非银行支付机构不得为虚拟货币相关业务活动提供服务。
为推进节能减排，助力如期实现碳达峰、碳中和目标，中国发改委等部门亦发布关于整治虚拟货币“挖矿”活动的通知，不允许虚拟货币“挖矿”项目以任何名义参与电力市场，已进入电力市场的虚拟货币“挖矿”项目需限期退出。严肃查处整治各地违规虚拟货币“挖矿”活动。
中国央行此前发布的《中国金融稳定报告（2021）》称，强化平台企业金融活动监管，打击比特币挖矿和交易行为。
