KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Emiten Farmasi PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PFYA) mengumumkan rencana akusisi saham PT Holi Farma. Untuk mengakuisisi 100% saham perusahaan farmasi tersebut, PYFA bakal merogoh kocek sebesar Rp 108,56 miliar.
PFYA membeli saham Holi Farma dari tangan pemilik sebelumnya, yakni Erik Darius Mardiwidyo dan Murtiati. Erick diketahui menguasai 65% saham Holi Farma dan Murtiati 35%.
