KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Prapenjualan alias marketing sales emiten pengembang properti di Indonesia diperkirakan akan pulih pada kuartal IV-2021 usai berpotensi turun tajam di kuartal III-2021.
Pemulihan ini menyusul pelonggaran penerapan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) untuk mengekang penyebaran pandemi Covid-19, terutama di Jakarta Raya dan seluruh Jawa, tempat sebagian besar emiten pengembang properti beroperasi.
