KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Perusahaan financial technology (fintech) legal yang kini sudah memiliki izin dan terdaftar harus berhati-hati menjalankan bisnis mereka. Terutama dalam melakukan penagihan ke nasabah.
Ketua Satgas Waspada Investasi, Tongam L. Tobing tak menampik ada kemungkinan fintech legal yang saat ini terdaftar dan berizin Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) memiliki kelakuan seperti pinjaman online (pinjol) abal-abal atau ilegal. “Fraud pasti ada, tidak serta-merta dengan terdaftar bisa seperti malaikat,” ujar Tongam dalam webinar daring, Jumat (3/9).
