证监会：北京证券交易所和沪深交易所错位发展
9月3日，证监会公众公司部主任周贵华表示，北京证券交易所差异化的制度安排，突出市场特色，与沪深交易所错位发展。一是市场功能方面，北交所服务创新型中小企业，服务对象更早、更小、更新；二是在制度安排方面，北交所制定契合中小企业的制度，坚持向沪深交易所的转板机制；三是在市场运行方面，以合格投资者为主，投资者结构会与沪深交易所有差异。
