9月3日，证监会公众公司部主任周贵华表示，根据北京证券交易所服务中小企业的特点，将继续坚持投资者适当性管理制度，防止投资炒作，引导形成长期理性的投资文化。证监会将根据北京证券交易所的建设发展情况以及需求，持续评估市场运行情况，不断完善投资者适当性管理制度。
