Walau Tak Lagi Darurat, Kebijakan PPKM Diperpanjang

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Pemerintah memutuskan untuk memperpanjang Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) Darurat hingga 25 Juli 2021 mendatang. Setelah itu, mulai Senin 26 Juli 2021, pemerintah akan melonggarkan sejumlah aktivitas ekonomi secara bertahap.
"Jika tren kasus terus mengalami penurunan maka tanggal 26 juli 2021 pemerintah akan melakukan pembukaan secara bertahap," ujar Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi), Selasa (20/7). Pembukaan akan dilakukan di pasar tradisional yang menjual kebutuhan pokok, pasar tradisional yang tak menjual kebutuhan pokok, usaha kecil lain seperti toko kelontong, pangkas rambut, pedagang asongan, bengkel kecil, dan lainnya.
