俄罗斯卫星通讯社7月10日消息，据海地网站Juno7报道，海地参议院做出决议，宣布参议院议长约瑟夫·兰伯特（Joseph Lambert）为临时总统。
路透社报道称，根据查阅的一份文件，海地参议院目前仅由平时30名参议员中的三分之一组成，周五提名参议院议长约瑟夫·兰伯特（Joseph Lambert）在总统莫伊兹（Jovenel Moise）遇刺身亡后担任临时总统。
据报道，此前，代理临时总理克劳德·约瑟夫（Claude Joseph）声称已经接管了权力。选举部长马蒂亚斯·皮埃尔说，他将保持这一角色，直到9月26日举行总统和立法选举。
