KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT) berhasil menghimpun pendanaan untuk membiayai kembali sebagian utang. Perusahaan ini telah menuntaskan penawaran awal obligasi berkelanjutan II tahap pertama dengan nilai Rp 750 miliar. Dalam penawaran umum berkelanjutan (PUB) obligasi ini, BRPT menargetkan menghimpun total dana Rp 1,5 triliun.
Obligasi BRPT diterbitkan dalam dua seri. Seri A dengan tenor tiga tahun dan Seri B yang bertenor lima tahun. Seri A memiliki jumlah pokok Rp 561,1 miliar dengan tingkat bunga tetap 8,80% per tahun. Sedangkan Seri B ditawarkan dengan nilai pokok Rp 188,9 miliar dan bunga tetap 9,50% per tahun.
