SMRA Mulai Menikmati Kenaikan Penjualan Properti

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) mencatatkan kenaikan marketing sales cukup pesat di empat bulan pertama tahun ini. Pendapatan pra penjualan SMRA melonjak 118% yoy jadi Rp 2,03 triliun. Penjualan bulanan sedikit terkontraksi di April sebesar Rp 386 miliar, atau turun 6,5% secara bulanan.
Menurut Analis Ciptadana Sekuritas Yasmin Soulisa, penurunan penjualan terjadi karena penjualan di Summarecon Kelapa Gading turun. "Untungnya penjualan di Summarecon Serpong mencapai Rp 639 miliar, atau 31% dari marketing sales," kata dia.
