中消协点名快递不送货上门：不能无视用户“接过来”的感受
6月25日，中消协发布“618”消费维权舆情分析报告，监测期内，共收集快递、外卖配送类负面信息63043条，负面信息在6月2日出现峰值。消费者吐槽较多的配送类问题主要有：不送货上门、乡村取件加收快递费等问题。对此，中消协认为，部分电商平台对让促销期间产品与服务从“送出去”到“接过来”的全链条、全环节服务品控监督追踪意识和方式方法必须不断改变。无论是平台商家，还是投递网络，都不能只注重向“送出去”要效率，而无视与用户“接过来”的感受同进退。
