KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) mikro yang kembali diperketat selama dua pekan mendatang, bakal mempengaruhi kinerja emiten sektor properti, terutama yang pengelola mal.
Dalam aturan ini, pemerintah membatasi jam operasional pusat belanja, kecuali sektor esensial, hingga pukul 20.00. Kapasitas pengunjung juga dibatasi hanya 25%.
