Pemerintah Menerbitkan Panduan Penerapan UU ITE

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Pemerintah telah menerbitkan pedoman implementasi beberapa pasal di Undang Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE). Pedoman penafsiran beberapa pasal tersebut merupakan upaya agar tidak ada kesalahan penafsiran atau pasal karet.
Panduan penafsiran pasal karet UU ITE dilakukan dengan Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) yang ditandatangani oleh Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika, Kapolri, dan Jaksa Agung yang disaksikan oleh Menteri Koordinator Bidang Politik Hukum dan Keamanan Mahfud MD.
