英国FCA：加密资产业务的临时注册制度延长至明年3月底
英国金融市场行为监管局（FCA）宣布，将加密资产业务的临时注册制度（TRR）的终止日期从2021年7月9日延长至2022年3月31日。
临时注册制度于去年建立，允许在2020年12月16日之前向FCA申请注册但申请仍在评估的现有加密资产公司继续开展交易活动。
FCA表示，有非常多的公司未能达到《反洗钱条例》规定的标准，导致大量公司撤销了注册申请。延长临时注册制度的终止日期允许符合条件的加密资产公司继续开展业务，同时FCA也将继续评估其注册申请。
FCA还声明，即使加密资产公司在FCA注册，该机构也不负责确保这些公司保护客户资金等事宜。
2020年10月，FCA颁布了最终禁令，禁止向零售客户销售加密货币衍生品和交易所交易票据（ETNs）。该禁令已于2021年1月6日开始生效。
