星展银行推出星展数字债券
总部位于新加坡的领先金融服务集团星展银行（DBS）宣布，已推出为期6个月的星展数字债券，票面年利率为0.60%。
根据新闻稿，该行正计划扩大星展数字交易所（DDEx）的产品系列。作为DDEx首次证券代币发行（STO）的一部分，DBS已经发行1500万新元的数字债券。
这为其他发行人和客户利用DDEx，高效进入资本市场以满足他们的资金需求铺平了道路。随着资产代币化已成为主流，这还为更多的STO发行以及在DDEx上市创造了条件。
DBS集团资本市场部主管Eng-Kwok Seat Moey表示："我们在DDEx的首次STO上市具有里程碑意义，因为它突出了我们数字资产生态系统的优势，为发行人和投资者提供了释放价值的新途径。这加强了我们在数字资产价值链上提供集成解决方案的能力，从交易发起到代币化、上市、交易和托管，这反过来又为DDEx上更多的STO上市打开了大门。"
星展数字债券严格遵循现行债券法律框架，使投资者享有与传统债券同样的法律确定性和权利保护。
酷汇讯2021年4月报道称，摩根大通、星展银行和淡马锡宣布：计划通过一家新成立公司Partior，开发一家基于区块链技术的跨境支付平台。
