2.5万美元！ICE对Marex北美公司处以罚款
酷汇讯获悉，洲际交易所（以下简称“ICE”）近日发布了一份通知，Marex北美公司（以下简称“Marex”）支付2.5万美元，与ICE达成和解。
交易所商业行为委员会（BCC）小组委员会发现，2019年6月5日，Marex的经纪商代表客户进入C型咖啡期货市场，执行大型止损限价单时，未考虑此类订单的不利影响，违反了规则4.02(l)(1)(D)。
具体来说，就是Marex在没有充分考虑订单深度的情况下，下了这些订单，导致市场出现了可能具有破坏性的价格波动。
例如，有一次Marex下了多个大型止损订单，总计4900手，该市场的典型订单簿深度只反映了可用交易量的一小部分。在选择这些订单后，其中一些订单在同一毫秒内部分交易，使市场价格翻倍，而剩余未完成的订单保留在市场上，造成订单簿严重失衡，可能会导致市场价格的持续快速波动。
酷汇讯前几日曾报道，ICE宣布于2021年5月21日创下未平仓合约量的记录，约8450万份，超过了此前于2020年3月12日创下的纪录。
