FCA责令EverFX停止向英国客户提供差价合约
英国金融行为监管局（FCA）已对总部设于塞浦路斯的ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd（交易名：EverFX）采取行动，责令该公司停止向英国投资者提供高风险差价合约（CFDs）。
根据新闻稿，FCA称许多消费者随后被诱导与EverFX集团的海外成员进行交易，而这些海外成员未获授权在英国提供受监管的服务。
FCA发现EverFX集团的销售和营销做法存在严重问题。据称，该经纪商使用了误导性的金融促销手段，并未能告知消费者差价合约的性质和风险。此外，该经纪商催促客户投资，指导客户进行交易，并且不允许客户撤资。这导致一些消费者损失了很多钱。
FCA已禁止ICC Intercertus在英国开展任何受监管或营销活动，还命令该公司平仓所有交易头寸并将资金返还给客户。
