美国SEC叫停Global Capital Partners的证券交易
美国证券交易委员会（SEC）周二宣布，自2021年5月25日美国东部时间上午9:30起至2021年6月8日美国东部时间晚上11:59结束，暂停Global Capital Partners, Inc.（GCPL）的证券交易。
依据《1934年证券交易法》第12（k）条规定，SEC叫停GCPL的证券交易是因为后者没有向SEC提交某些定期报告，SEC缺乏关于该公司的最新和准确信息。
SEC提醒经纪商、经销商、股东和有意向购买者应该仔细斟酌上述信息、所有其他目前可用的信息、GCPL随后发布的任何信息。
依据《1934年证券交易法》第15c2-11条规定，在GCPL证券交易暂停期结束时，经纪商和经销商需严格遵守该法律的所有规定，否则不得提供GCPL证券的报价。如有经纪商和经销商的报价违反了该法律，SEC将考虑立即采取执法行动。
