ASIC吊销Direct My Wealth Pty Ltd金融服务和信贷牌照
澳大利亚证券和投资委员会（ASIC）今日宣布，该机构已于2021年5月5日起吊销了金融服务提供商和抵押贷款经纪商Direct My Wealth Pty Ltd（下称“Direct My Wealth”）的澳大利亚金融服务牌照（AFSL）和澳大利亚信贷牌照（ACL），牌照编号为481721。
根据官方声明，Direct My Wealth未及时提交2020年审计财务账户和年度合规证书，未能遵守持有金融服务牌照和信贷牌照的要求，ASIC由此做出撤牌决定。
此外，Direct My Wealth也不再是澳大利亚金融投诉管理局（AFCA）会员，不再经营金融服务业务，并停止提供信贷服务。
依据《2001年公司法》和《2009年国家消费者信用保护法》规定，若持牌人不再提供金融服务，停止开展信贷活动，或未履行提交年度财务报表、审计报告、合规证书、成为AFCA会员等法定义务，ASIC有权暂停或吊销该持牌人的金融服务牌照和信贷牌照。
Direct My Wealth自2016年1月13日起持有金融服务牌照，自2016年1月14日起持有信贷牌照。该公司可以向行政上诉法庭(AAT)申请审查ASIC的决定。
