伦敦地铁的犯罪率是怎么下降的？
全世界的第一条地铁是伦敦地铁，1863年就开通了。因为建得实在太早了，所以设施极其老化，线路十分复杂，灯光昏暗，空气龌龊，甚至连车厢都没有安全门。
很多年来，这里成了流浪汉、瘾君子、小偷扒手的天堂，犯罪率居高不下。
怎么办？增加警力？加强思想教育？全面改善设施？好像都不靠谱。
2003年，有人提出了一个既省力又不用花钱的办法：就是在地铁站循环播放莫扎特音乐。
一年半后，地铁站的犯罪事件大幅减少，抢劫案减少了33%，故意破坏行为减少了37%。
这个故事告诉我们：我们每个人都是环境动物，在怎样的氛围里，跟谁在一起，会微妙地改变我们的意识和行为。
