【企业融资与财富管理】IPO审核时，哪些问题会被重点关注
为进一步落实投资者教育纳入国民教育体系，坚持资本市场的人民性、适应性、普惠性、渐进性、系统性原则，持之以恒推动投资者教育，新华网投资者教育基地联合中信建投证券投资者教育基地推出《企业融资与财富管理》MBA（工商管理硕士）课程专题。
本专题课程是中信建投证券与中国人民大学商学院联合开设的国内首个针对MBA设计的专题投资者教育课程，并作为MBA社会实践课程，纳入中国人民大学商学院的学分评价体系。课程开拓了投资者教育纳入国民教育体系的新领域，探索出一流券商与一流高校企校合作开设专题投教课程的新模式，填补国内MBA领域投资者教育的内容空白。
课程借助案例系统地介绍中国资本市场发展、企业融资渠道、个人及家庭财富管理，以及财富管理的合规要素与风险防范等热点问题。
本期课程为中信建投证券投资银行业务委员会宋双喜讲授《A股股权融资之IPO专题》。
