主打“灵魂社交”，Soul冲刺纳斯达克
当地时间5月10日，社交平台Soul向SEC提交招股书，申请在纳斯达克上市。
招股书显示，2020年公司营收为4.98亿元，同比增长604.3%；2021年一季度营收为2.38亿元，同比增长260%，该季度整体毛利率为86%。 此外，Soul的DAU已达千万量级，同比增长94.4%。今年一季度，其月均付费用户规模达154万；月均用户付费率达4.8%；每付费用户月均收入达48.6元。
企查查显示，Soul隶属于上海任意门科技有限公司，成立于2015年，是一款根据图片、音乐等兴趣匹配的陌生人社交APP，软件通过数据挖掘等技术，不断地用图片和音乐来试探并了解用户的价值观和喜好，并为用户推荐匹配有相同兴趣和价值观的人，用户便可以利用文字与匹配的人进行沟通。
企查查显示，Soul大股东及疑似实际控制人为张璐，总持股比例为83.9810%。目前，Soul共有4次融资记录。
