2200亿欧元！意大利也要大搞财政刺激
为了尽快从二战之后最严重的经济衰退中恢复过来，意大利已做好准备实施一项大规模的财政刺激计划了。
英国《金融时报》消息，意大利总理德拉吉将在下周宣布一项规模达到2210亿欧元的复苏方案，对意大利经济进行彻底重组，包括投入巨额资金在高铁和绿色能源领域，对该国的公共行政进行全面数字化，并利用欧盟的“恢复基金”。
报道援引知情人士称，德拉吉的计划将集中于提高意大利电网的效率，投资氢能源项目和其他可再生能源，提高公共建筑的能效。
今年2月，前欧洲央行行长德拉吉临危授命，担任意大利总理一职，领导意大利新一届政府应对新冠疫情和经济缩水带来的双重挑战。
新华社此前文章指出，意大利的经济命运与整个欧洲都息息相关，而德拉吉在欧洲备受尊敬，因而他领导的新一届意大利政府预计能够得到来自欧盟的支持。
报道援引知情人士称，整个计划将包括300亿欧元的意大利预算资源，以及来自“下一代欧盟”（Next Generation EU）的1915亿欧元贷款和赠款。
来自欧盟的资金将主要聚焦于六个领域：分别是意大利经济数字化转型、气候和环境投资、基础设施、教育、健康、促进性别包容和社会包容。
