Bank DKI adalah salah satu BPD yang sudah sejak 2019 ingin melakukan penawaran saham perdanan. Karena kondisi pasar yang dinilai belum tepat di tengah tekanan pandemi Covid-19, tahun lalu mereka menunda rencana itu.
