美对俄实施新一轮制裁 外交部回应
4月16日，外交部发言人赵立坚主持例行记者会。有记者提问，15日，美国白宫发表声明称，拜登签署行政令，以俄罗斯干预美大选、对美发动大规模网络攻击等敌对行动为由，对俄实施新一轮制裁。美并同欧盟、澳大利亚、英国和加拿大宣布制裁与俄占领克里米亚有关的8名个人和实体。美驱逐10名在华盛顿工作的俄外交官。俄方随即召见美驻俄大使，表示俄将采取系列反制措施。中方对此有何评论？
对此，赵立坚表示，俄美都是联合国安理会常任理事国，都是世界上具有重要影响的大国，对国际和平与安全负有重要责任。我们希望各方通过协商和对话化解分歧。在国际关系中动辄使用单边制裁或以制裁相威胁是强权霸凌行为，日益受到国际社会的抵制和反对。
