KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Insentif perpajakan yang diberikan pemerintah ke sektor properti sudah berlaku mulai memperlihatkan hasilnya. Berlaku sejak Maret 2021 hingga Agustus 2021, insentif itu mulai mendongkrak pertumbuhan penyaluran Kredit Kepemilikan Rumah (KPR) di sejumlah bank.
Pemerintah memberikan insentif dengan membebaskan pajak pertambahan nilai (PPN) untuk pembelian rumah dengan harga di bawah Rp 1 miliar dan pemotongan 50% PPN untuk rumah di kisaran harga Rp 2 miliar-Rp 5 miliar.
