KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Lembaga pemeringkat Fitch Ratings menegaskan peringkat pengembang properti PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN) di posisi RD alias restricted default.
Pada saat bersamaan, Fitch juga menegaskan peringkat C untuk surat utang senior tanpa jaminan senilai US$ 150 juta yang jatuh tempo pada Agustus 2021 dan surat utang senior tanpa jaminan senilai US$ 240 juta yang jatuh tempo pada April 2024.
