央行、证监会等四部委：支持公募基金落户海南
4月9日，中国人民银行、银保监会、证监会、外汇局发布《关于金融支持海南全面深化改革开放的意见》（下称《意见》）。
《意见》中提到，在完善海南金融市场体系方面，支持海南相关基金发展。支持公募基金落户海南，支持符合条件的机构在海南依法申请设立合资公募基金管理公司，支持符合条件的境外金融机构在海南全资拥有或控股参股期货公司。对投向海南种业、现代农业等重点领域的私募股权投资基金，给予登记备案绿色通道。
此外，《意见》还提出，在提升人民币可兑换水平，支持跨境贸易投资自由化便利化方面，探索开展跨境资产管理业务试点。支持境外投资者投资海南自由贸易港内金融机构发行的理财产品、证券期货经营机构私募资产管理产品、公募证券投资基金、保险资产管理产品等资产管理产品。
