日公司拟放弃修复遭火灾半导体工厂，或加剧供应不足
据日本共同社报道，日本旭化成公司3日透露，关于因火灾而停产的宫崎县延冈市的半导体工厂，正在讨论放弃修复现有厂房，原因是受损严重。今后将包含新建工厂在内展开讨论。如果放弃修复，或加剧全球性的半导体供应不足。
2020年10月，旭化成集团旗下一间工厂发生火灾，5层楼的工厂中被认为是起火点的4楼部分等受损严重。旭化成委托同行业其他公司进行半导体代工生产，继续向客户供货。
报道称，该工厂生产用于音响等的大规模集成电路，被音响厂商和汽车厂商等广泛行业的产品所采用。旭化成公司已经表示，2020财年合并财报中，计入176亿日元(约合人民币10亿元)火灾相关特别损失。
此外，因新冠疫情一度下滑的汽车销售出现回升，再加上第五代(5G)移动通信系统普及等，半导体的需求急剧扩大，陷入了供不应求。在车用半导体领域占有较高份额的瑞萨电子的那珂工厂3月也发生火灾，恢复预计要3至4个月的时间，对汽车生产的不良影响令人担忧。
