疫情影响继续，CySEC推迟年报提交期限
塞浦路斯证券交易委员会（CySEC）今天宣布决定推迟所有受监管实体提交年度报告的截止日期，包括：
i. CIF（塞浦路斯的投资公司）
ii. ASP（应用程序服务提供商）
iii. UCITS（可转让证券集合投资计划）管理公司
iv. 内部管理的UCITS（可转让证券集合投资计划）
v. AIFM（另类投资基金经理）
vi. 内部管理的AIF（另类投资基金）
vii. 内部管理的AIFLNP（人数受限的另类投资基金)
viii. 专门管理AIFLNP（人数受限的另类投资基金）的公司
CySEC表示，这是由于新冠肺炎疫情继续而做出的决定。
具体来看，延期的内容包括
1. 内部审计师的年度报告和相关的董事会会议记录应最迟于2021年6月底提交给CySEC。
2。 AMLCO（反洗钱合规官）的年度报告和相关的董事会会议记录应最迟于2021年5月底提交给CySEC。
3。 2021年1月、2月、3月的《月度预防声明》的形式应在2021年4月底起提交，并于15天内全部提交完成。
