原标题：美国新冠疫苗接种混乱 美专家：缺乏全国性统筹
美国2020年12月中旬相继批准两款新冠疫苗投入紧急使用，原计划当年年底前为全国2000万人接种。但美国疾病控制和预防中心5日发布的数据显示，迄今仅不到484万人完成首剂接种。对此，有美国卫生专家再度指出，问题的原因是美国缺乏全国性的计划、统筹。
美国疾病控制和预防中心5日表示，截至当天早上，美国共有483万6000多人接种了首剂新冠疫苗，与美国之前宣称的到2020年年底前接种2000万人的目标仍然相差甚远。美国多州均未完成接种新冠疫苗的目标，以疫情严重的加州为例，加州州长纽瑟姆4日表示，加州收到了130万剂新冠疫苗，但是只有大约454000人接种了疫苗。
对此，洛杉矶卫生专家表示，美国目前没有全国性的疫苗接种计划，各州各自为政，缺乏统筹安排。这样混乱的情况导致疫苗接种进展缓慢，效果也远不及目标。
洛杉矶卫生专家 凯尔：我认为现在的情况是，我们有生产疫苗的计划，但是我们没有全国性疫苗接种的计划，所以在洛杉矶，我们还在等待明确的信息，在哪接种疫苗，除了医务人员以外普通民众什么时候会被通知接种疫苗，很多细节都需要敲定。
