香港证监会终身禁止翁立康重投业界
中国建设银行（亚洲）股份有限公司（建银亚洲）前分行经理翁立康（男）因从客户的银行帐户中挪用360万元资金，遭证券及期货事务监察委员会（证监会）终身禁止重投业界（注1）。
证监会经调查后采取上述纪律行动。调查发现，翁于2019年4月利用建银亚洲一名客户预先签署的银行本票申请表，取得一张金额为360万元、以他妻子为收款人的银行本票。在银行本票存入他妻子的银行帐户后，有关款项遂转至他妻子名下。翁然后将有关款项从他妻子的银行帐户转给自己。
证监会认为，翁并非获发牌或注册进行受规管活动的适当人选。
本个案由金管局转介证监会跟进。

1. 翁于2015年12月18日至2019年4月16日期间在香港金融管理局（金管局）注册为有关人士，并受聘于建银亚洲以进行《证券及期货条例》下第1类（证券交易）及第4类（就证券提供意见）受规管活动。翁现时没有名列于金管局的纪录册，亦并非证监会持牌人。
