任内首次！特朗普对《国防授权法案》的否决权被美国会推翻
当地时间周五（1月1日），美国国会参议院推翻了特朗普对2021财政年度《国防授权法案》(NDAA)的否决，这是特朗普任期内第一次遭遇否决权被推翻。
综合美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）、《国会山报》等美媒报道，美国会参议院1日以81票支持、13票反对的投票结果通过了推翻特朗普对《国防授权法案》的否决。报道称，特朗普在总统任期内否决了9项法案，但没有一项被推翻，此次是他的否决第一次被推翻。
此前，当地时间2020年12月28日，美国会众议院以322票赞成、87反对的票数推翻了特朗普对《国防授权法案》的否决权，该法案授权7400亿美元的支出，并概述了五角大楼的政策。众议院投票后，法案交由参议院表决。
更早前，2020年12月8日，《国防授权法案》在美国众议院以335票赞成、78票反对的票数通过；之后于12月11日在参议院以83票赞同、14票反对的票数通过。在法案送抵白宫10天后，特朗普于12月23日正式行使否决权，将法案退回提案的众议院。根据规定，在美国总统行使否决权后，美国会若重新表决，并以三分之二以上绝对多数的票数在参众两院通过法案，就得以推翻总统否决权，让法案生效。
